Gringa Taco Bar
Nestled to the side of Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine in Tarawanna lies Gringa Taco Bar. What once was a secret spot, now is home to the most popular tacos in town—and for good reason. It’s a place with character, colour and personality, and of course it boasts the freshest ingredients.
Our work at Gringa began not in the realm of marketing or agency work, but in front of house service. Since then, we’ve traded the cheese grater and tongs for the camera and laptop. And iPad.
Our ongoing work for Gringa includes content creation and strategic planning, Instagram management, menu design, logo & branding design and more. Wanderer the Studio has been able to integrate these assets to create a unified and consistent marketing channel - helping position Gringa Taco Bar as the go-to taco stop in the Wollongong area.
We’ve been collaborating with Gringa since they were one tent and a grill, and we’ve come so far together.
Social Media Management
Only recently did we take over Gringa’s Instagram account. Since we started in February, we’ve seen a spike in engagement and reach - with a 63.8% increase from the previous quarter. Our goal is to create authentic, mouth-watering content, while clearly communicating the intricacies of the ever-changing Mexican fusion menu. Gringa has a really vibrant team, who are never camera shy, making our job extra enjoyable!

If you’ve ever picked up and read a menu at Gringa, you’ve got us to thank! We love doing menu designs, and this one was no different. We took inspiration from the design of traditional Mexican restaurant menus and incorporated a Gringa twist.
